At ARTVALL , it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't quite fit, don't worry! You have 30 days to return your item.

Our return process is very easy and free of charge . Do you want to return an item? No problem! Simply send us a message to kontakt@artvall.de and let us know which item you would like to return. Our friendly customer service team will take care of your request immediately and inform you of all further steps.

Please remember that the item should be in its original condition, including all labels and packaging, so that we can process the return smoothly.

Once we receive the returned item, we will immediately process the refund. The amount should then appear back in your account within 7 working days. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to be fully processed.
